Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Walmart associate with 18 months’ management experience supervising non-exempt associates.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments (Academy/Open Door).
• Ability to hire, train, mentor and develop talent while promoting belonging.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and driving results.
• Deliver training to facility-level associates using in-person, VR and virtual classroom methods.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to leaders and associates to improve performance.
• Support change initiatives and ensure adherence to Walmart policies and ethics.
