The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth is hiring an Academic Program Coordinator to provide instrumental support to the Associate Dean for Community Partnerships and Practice. This role manages meeting scheduling, data collection, and partner communications, while coordinating events that engage both faculty and community partners.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience and offers a 1.0 FTE schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, manage contracts, and plan events.
• Data collection, monitoring and evaluation; recruit and manage members.
• Maintain Salesforce/records; coordinate preceptor matching.
• Coordinate virtual interviews and rank candidate matches.
• Support onboarding and communications for students and partners.
• Prepare attestation letters and manage Canvas courses.
