University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth is seeking an Admissions Assistant Director for Recruitment. You will supervise three staff members, develop targeted recruitment initiatives, and leverage UNT Health resources to build a strong incoming class of high‑caliber students.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and hands‑on event coordination across on‑campus and virtual formats, with travel required to represent UNT Health at various fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director of Recruitment and Executive Director to identify and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide outstanding customer service to applicants.
• Assist in operations of the recruitment team and supervise staff.
• Coordinate undergraduate recruitment activities including high school and community college fairs and tabling.
• Organize training sessions for faculty to recruit students and plan on-campus and virtual events for advisors.
• Lead PATH Academy mentorship activities, including a 10‑day summer camp.
• Travel regionally to attend college fairs representing UNT Health.
