Job summary

University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth seeks a Student Success Coordinator to develop and coordinate student success initiatives, leadership programs, career development activities, and student engagement for medical students.

You will serve as the primary advisor for the Advisory Colleges Program, provide oversight for ACC student leaders, and help implement a longitudinal leadership curriculum to nurture leadership, professionalism, service, and community engagement within the medical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience or equivalent.
Ability to mentor and support student leaders.
Strong facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze program data and assessment results.

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating day-to-day operations of the Advisory Colleges Program.
Serve as liaison for Advisory Colleges and faculty advisors.
Foster engagement, mentorship, wellness, and professional identity formation.
Develop initiatives to strengthen student belonging within Advisory Colleges.
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Lead and support leadership development curriculum for ACC members.
Coordinate leadership meetings, retreats, and workshops.
Collaborate with OMSS staff and faculty advisors to address student needs.
