Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
• Familiarity with CE/CPD accreditation requirements (e.g., ACCME, ANCC, ACPE, Joint Accreditation).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CE activities, including RSS, conferences, workshops, and online modules.
• Maintain activity timelines, intake meetings, and deliverables.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation for planning meetings.
• Assist with accreditation documentation and LMS data entry.
• Support CE evaluations and learner feedback tools in LMS; compile results for reporting.
• Respond to learner inquiries in a timely, courteous manner and maintain records.
