Qualifications

• Associate degree in a computer-related field or 5 years of full-time employment in a computer support position.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting MS Windows computers, including hardware installation, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with audiovisual technologies such as TVs, projectors, and audio systems.
• Experience supporting android and iOS mobile devices.
• Excellent customer support skills including written and oral communications.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots hardware, configurations, multimedia, and software applications for various environments and business needs.
• May design and execute the implementation of complex technology systems and services.
• Researches potential technology purchases and makes recommendations according to work unit needs.
• Answers complex questions and provides information, creates documentation, and trains end users regarding hardware, software, applications, and technology access
