Qualifications

• Experience with AV and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Zoom and Panopto.
• Extron certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication, time management and discretion.
• Service-based attitude with customer focus.
• Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure and IT security best practices.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Active listening techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to users on software and hardware.
• Install, upgrade, maintain and repair computer hardware and software.
• Maintain IT ticketing system and resolve tickets.
• Perform routine inspections and replace defective hardware parts.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Prioritize calls and manage workload effectively.
• Escalate issues to appropriate group when needed.
• Transport computers and peripherals between locations.
• Install and troubleshoot AV and classroom technology.
• Support Zoom/ Panopto and related platforms.
• Provide tech support for events and video conferencing.
• Submit reports on technology services status.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Attend trainings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
