Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Computer Maintenance Technician II OR five years of experience as a computer maintenance technician.
• Ability to work on-site across UW Bothell campus, including Saturdays.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure classroom A/V stack and test equipment.
• Provide hands-on support and act as escalation contact for Classroom Technicians.
• Troubleshoot classroom technology, labs, and event spaces to restore service.
