Qualifications

• Associate degree in a computer-related field or 5 years of direct computer support experience.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows computers, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with audiovisual technologies (TVs, projectors, audio systems).
• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, multimedia, and software for varied environments.
• Design and implement complex technology systems as needed.
• Research technology purchases; provide end-user documentation and training.
• Answer questions and train end users on hardware, software, and access.
