Job summary

Vertiv Account Manager II, AC Power, drives growth by expanding relationships with Electrical Contractors, Consultants and End Users for AC Power and Switchgear opportunities. You will collaborate with Thermal, Channel and Service Sales Reps to strengthen Vertiv's presence and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

This role requires travel across the Carolinas, including Western NC and SC, to build strong client relationships, present value propositions, and coordinate internal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales/account management preferably in data center or electrical industry.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a sales plan and pursuit strategy for existing accounts and identifies new opportunities.
• Builds trusted advisor relationships with clients, connecting with executives and stakeholders.
• Negotiates product opportunities and coordinates cross-functional teams for cross-selling.
• Manages orders to meet customer requirements and maximize profitability.
• Supports new company initiatives and achieves escalating sales quotas with a growing pipeline.
• Trains and mentors less experienced team members.
