Qualifications

• Experience creating automated reports and dashboards.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights for operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, automate and distribute new reports and enhance existing reporting structures
• Track hours worked to establish accrual of paid sick leave for flight attendants
• Guide leaders in using data to drive decisions impacting operations and flight attendants’ work-life
• Identify opportunities for efficiency using emerging technologies
• Perform ad hoc analyses around Reliability and Performance Development and internal investigations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver process improvements
• Support annual Flight Plan goals with rigorous analysis
