Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States seeks an Absence Advocate to support leave, accommodations, and related programs across CAI and subsidiaries. Candidate will join a team serving US and Canada, with hybrid options in Atlanta, GA; remote for other time zones.

You will manage ~100 cases, coordinate with TPAs, HR Partners, and leaders, oversee FMLA, ADA, PWFA, workers’ comp, and return-to-work processes, ensuring compliant, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, business management, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of leave and accommodation programs and relevant laws.
• Experience with HRIS, leave management, and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent leave and accommodation cases with timely progression.
• Coordinate with TPAs, HR Partners, and stakeholders to support compliant case management.
• Support FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Workers’ Compensation, and return-to-work processes.
