Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases and frame adjustments.
• Measure pupillary distance and lens fitting; verify prescriptions.
• Process optical orders and manage inventory in the Optical area.
• Handle payments, returns, and refunds through the POS system.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and support OD/optometrist scheduling.
