Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required at entry or within 12 months.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• Willingness to register and maintain state NMPI or NPI as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist optical customers with purchasing decisions and frame adjustments.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders and payments.
• Perform pre-testing and maintain equipment and records.
• Complete final inspection of eyewear and verify prescriptions.
• Follow HIPAA and company procedures for patient records.
