Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist focused on ABM to partner with US sales teams and build AI-powered automations that prioritize when sellers should act. You will own multi-channel campaigns, data enrichment, and workflow automation to drive pipeline and expansion.

You will work hands-on with generative AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and report outcomes weekly, in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

2+ years running account-based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account management teams.
2+ years building automations used by sellers, such as signal/trigger-based workflows and data enrichment with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, or Salesforce workflows.
2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail/gifting).
Daily, hands-on use of generative AI or LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred; ChatGPT or Gemini accepted).

Responsibilities

Plan and run account-based campaigns for target and existing accounts across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with each account's sales owner.
Map commercial processes with sales and account teams and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers when to take action.
Build and maintain the data behind these programs, including target-account lists, buying committees, and enriched account and contact records in CRM portals.
Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes, including meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
Test new channels and plays beyond the core four, such as event follow-up, video, or retargeting, and scale the ones that move pipeline.
