Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, revenue marketing, or sales enablement.
• Background in professional services, consulting, financial services, or another relationship-driven industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders.
• Experience with account-based marketing campaigns and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account-based marketing and demand generation campaigns.
• Partner with regional business leaders to support growth priorities and pipeline development.
• Develop sales enablement tools, messaging, executive briefings, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, business intelligence, events, and offshore support teams.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and scale successful programs across the organization.
• Serve as a key Growth Center of Excellence partner to one of CCS's revenue regions.
