Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing or ABM in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience delivering tiered ABM programs: 1:1, 1:few, 1:many.
• Ability to demonstrate pipeline efficiency and impact metrics.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets and reporting to leadership.
• Collaboration with Sales, SDR, and Demand Gen to align field programs with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute tiered account-based field marketing programs across strategic US accounts and market segments.
• Build and manage regional field calendars with Sales leadership for priority accounts.
• Own pipeline generation and acceleration for USA region and report against demand standards.
• Manage regional field and events budgets optimizing for ROI.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, and Revenue Ops for coordinated follow-up and attribution.
