Kinaxis is seeking a Campaign Marketer to lead account-based marketing strategies for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will partner with Sales to build account plans, align investments, and orchestrate integrated programs across channels to grow pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales to maximize account penetration, drive measurable outcomes, and leverage analytics to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 7+ years in progressive B2B marketing with ABM and demand gen experience.
• Proven success building ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience partnering with Sales on account plans and GTM strategies.
• Strong analytical use of engagement data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies for strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Sales to identify priorities and align marketing investments.
• Design multi-channel 1:1 and 1:few programs to support acquisition and expansion.
• Leverage account intelligence and analytics to optimize strategy and ROI.
• Serve as the marketing advisor for assigned strategic account teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales.
• Manage demand requests and report key account metrics and outcomes.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM to launch, track campaigns and nurture leads.
• Stay informed on industry trends and innovate to differentiate the brand.
