Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to deliver evidence-based, 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collecting real-time progress data and collaborating with families to generalize skills.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Passion for helping children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
