Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults, following treatment plans under supervision. The role includes data collection, travel to centers, homes, and community sites, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Evening, weekend work may be required. The position offers full- and part-time schedules with benefits and training opportunities such as RBT, CPR, and safety care certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple domains (communication, social behavior, self-care, etc.).
• Collect and maintain accurate client performance records using data collection tools.
• Travel to centers, homes, and community settings as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; ensure completion of assigned tasks.
