Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician to deliver ABA Therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings under supervision. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior management plans, collect data, and participate in training including RBT certification.

Hours vary; evening/weekend and travel may be required; starting pay is $22/hour. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, immediate pay access, 5+ weeks PTO, paid training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related field beneficial.
• Interest in autism and ABA therapy; willingness to learn and grow in role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Collect data on target behaviors during sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and follow treatment plans.
• Travel to home and community environments may be required.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
