Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across center and home settings. Supervised by a Clinical Supervisor, you will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and support treatment plans in diverse environments. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or progress towards degree.
• Ability to communicate proactively with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with data collection and basic ABA concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted therapy hours per week.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, homes, and community settings.
• Travel to client locations may be required and flexibility in hours.
