Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping them develop communication, social, and independence skills. You will work under supervision and receive hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

The role is part-time with after-school hours and weekend availability. Flexible scheduling is offered, and ongoing training and supervision are provided, along with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; psychology/education coursework a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Available after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
