Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help clients develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and availability for after-school hours/weekends. The role offers flexible part-time shifts with ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required for home visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
