Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in the United States is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism, under BCBA supervision. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with operation hours Monday–Friday 7:30am–6:30pm, and support through RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.
