BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services in Illinois is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults aged 2-21 in center and in-home settings. Under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and support treatment plans across environments.

This part-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, paid training for RBT, safety CPR, and benefits, plus paid time off and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Interest in autism and ABA; willingness to learn and grow in role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy per plan under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours and accurate data collection.
• Implement treatment plans across center, home and community.
• Travel to client locations as needed and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings and complete training and documentation.
