Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is hiring an Entry Level Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in center, home and community settings. The role includes data collection, treatment plan implementation and supervision by a Clinical Supervisor.

Starting pay is $22/hr with options for full-time or part-time schedules, paid training for RBT certification, and comprehensive benefits. Evening/weekend shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy with supervision.
• Experience working with children or young adults with autism is preferred.
• Commitment to safety, privacy (HIPAA) and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based therapy per treatment plan under supervision.
• Maintain caseload hours and accurate data collection.
• Adhere to HIPAA and center policies.
• Assist with trainings, meetings and session materials.
• Travel to home or community settings as needed.
