Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to direct ABA therapy for children and young adults ages 2-21 in center and home settings. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior management plans under the Clinical Supervisor's guidance, and collect data on target behaviors during sessions.

Hours vary by client needs, with potential evenings or weekends; travel may be required to centers, homes, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Willingness to learn about autism and ABA.
• Proficiency with iPad and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours each week.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple domains as directed.
• Collect data on client performance and ensure billing accuracy.
• Travel to home and community environments as needed.
