Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services provides ABA therapy to children and young adults aged 2-21 in center and home settings. Behavior Technicians implement skill acquisition and behavior management under supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. Starting pay is $22/hr with full-time/part-time options and benefits.

Role involves data collection, session coverage, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Travel to client homes may be required; evenings or weekends not typically necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of client performance and billing.
• Travel to home and community therapy environments as needed.
