Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under supervision. You will collect data in clinical software, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and ensure a safe, engaging environment to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-to-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
