Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data in real time using clinical software.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; BA/BS a plus.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for sessions.
