Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is hiring a Part-time Assistant Supervisor to deliver ABA-based therapy across centers, homes, and community settings. You will supervise technicians under clinical direction, collect data, and help implement individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a BCAT or RBT credential within 90 days, a BA/BS with ABA units or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills. Travel across environments is common.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential required within 90 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience or 2 years experience; or Master’s with relevant experience.
• Experience in designing/implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance as needed.
• English proficiency in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients as needed.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians under Clinical Supervisor guidance.
• Collect data and ensure fidelity of ABA procedures.
• Communicate patient progress to Clinical Supervisors and caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across settings.
• Assist in program updates and lesson material creation.
