Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking dedicated professionals for the Assistant Supervisor PT role in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, implement CARD treatment programs and collect data under the guidance of Clinical Supervisors.

Responsibilities include providing clinical feedback, leading caregiver education, and assisting with program design like FBAs/BIPs. A pathway to growth exists within our founder-owned, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential to be obtained within 90 days from start date
• Bachelor’s Degree with ABA units and 1 year experience or 2+ years of experience in ABA
• Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification interventions
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance and strong English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor
• Provide clinical feedback during training, meetings and data reviews
• Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings (education, practicum)
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs
• Maintain SKILLS accounts and update lesson materials as needed
• Train new staff and provide direct treatment when required
• Ensure HIPAA compliance across all settings
