Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a qualified Assistant Supervisor PT to directly implement CARD treatment programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will supervise behavior technicians and provide therapy onsite at CARD centers, homes, and community settings under clinical supervision.

Under CARD supervisors, you will oversee ABA data collection, assist with program design, and support administrative duties.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days from start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units required or higher with 1 year experience or 2 years experience otherwise.
• Experience in designing/implementing ABA interventions.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians under the CARD Supervisor.
• Provide clinical feedback and data review to support treatment.
• Report patient progress and assist in troubleshooting.
• Assist with caregiver education and practicum sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across settings.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
