Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking an Assistant Supervisor PT to implement CARD treatment programs for individuals with autism. You’ll work onsite with patients across CARD centers, homes, and community settings under the supervision of CARD Clinical Supervisors.

Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, providing clinical feedback, assisting with FBAs and BIPs, documenting progress, training new staff, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days from start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s degree with applicable experience.
• Experience in designing/implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance, as necessary.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality supervision of cases and Behavior Technicians under CARD Supervisors.
• Provide clinical feedback through training, meetings and data review.
• Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings (education, practicum).
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs; maintain program updates and lesson materials.
• Set and meet performance goals for case quality and admin duties.
• Assist in training new staff and provide direct treatment as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across all settings; attend trainings and meetings.
