Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data under supervision.

The role requires active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. A passion for helping children and reliable transportation are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligible) to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
