Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect real-time data to monitor progress.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior work with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
