Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data to inform ongoing care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers, ensuring safety and positive engagement during sessions. A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
