Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy for children ages 2-12 at our New Jersey center. You will follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, and document progress for families and BCBA supervision.

We offer a stable Mon-Fri schedule 8:15 am–4:45 pm, competitive pay of $20–$23/hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth including Propel, tuition reimbursement, and BCBA career paths.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collecting data and writing therapy notes.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines.
• Work toward becoming an RBT.
