Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism and developmental delays. You will follow skill acquisition and behavior plans, collect data, and document progress, collaborating with families and the supervising BCBA to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Interest in psychology, behavior sciences, or related fields encouraged.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT credentials and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children aged 2-12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents under BCBA guidance.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials and trainings.
