Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. You’ll follow individualized plans and collaborate with a BCBA while enjoying a stable, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail oriented.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain required trainings and adhere to BACB guidelines.
