Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is opening a Moorestown, NJ teaching-focused pediatric therapy center. This role provides life-changing ABA therapy to children with autism in a one-on-one setting, emphasizing skill acquisition and behavior support.

The team emphasizes growth, training, and internal career pathways in a fun, mission-driven environment. As a Behavior Technician (RBT) you’ll work with families, document progress, and adhere to BACB guidelines while advancing toward BCBA or leadership roles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Detail oriented and able to follow through on instructions.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
• Professional conduct and integrity in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2–12.
• Collect and record data for sessions and progress notes.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans written by BCBA.
• Communicate progress and concerns with parents and caregivers.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certification requirements.
• Follow BACB guidelines in practice and safety procedures.
• Pursue opportunities to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if not already.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun team environment.
