Bierman Autism Centers in Roseland, NJ is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–12. You will follow behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet team and client needs.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy with clients and follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client’s progress (with guidance from the BCBA).
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and acquire functional knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines and work toward becoming an RBT.
• Foster a positive working environment and good team dynamics.
