Job summary

Able Autism Therapy Services seeks an ABA Therapist/RBT to work under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, and collect data daily to guide progress under clinical direction.

Growth potential includes advancing to BCBA/BCaBA with tuition support, CEU opportunities, and supervision. Requirements include minimum high school diploma and being 18+; eligible to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 18+ years old.
• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ability to collect accurate data daily.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain various postures.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans provided by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Collect data and progress notes daily.
• Follow directions from BCBA and Center Manager.
• Attend weekly meetings and trainings; provide client support.
