Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for flexible, part-time/per diem roles in New Jersey. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under a BCBA-designed plan. English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred, with RBT certification as a plus.

Per diem scheduling offers flexibility, training, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team. This position is ideal for students or those starting a career in ABA therapy.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
