Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA agency seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on meaningful skill development and real-world outcomes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ABA experience preferred, and RBT certification a plus. Per diem scheduling offers flexible hours and local opportunities in the area.

Behavior Technician - Per Diem

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
