Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings under a BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data, maintain a positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience with children or ABA is preferred; RBT certification is a plus but not required. Local travel and reliable transport are expected.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
