Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned ABA agency in New Jersey, seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Flexible, per diem, part-time schedules offer hands-on growth as you work 1:1 ABA therapy with clients in home, school, and community settings.

RBT certification is a plus but not required. You’ll deliver therapy under supervision, collect data, and support families. Reliable transportation and background checks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $20-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $22-$38/hour
