Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy seeks a flexible, part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings across New Jersey. No RBT required, but certification is a plus.

You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and communicate progress to families while enjoying per diem scheduling and opportunities for growth in a collaborative team. This role is ideal for students or those starting a career in ABA, offering hands-on training, supervision, and paid training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
