Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our flexible, part-time team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, you’ll receive hands-on training and supervision, with the option to work close to home and per diem hours.

RBT certification is a plus but not required. You’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under a BCBA supervisor, collect data, and help create a positive, engaging session environment while

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
